Our vision

Improve the scientific understanding of biotechnology, educate and enhance scientific literacy, and build public confidence and trust in the country's ever-growing bio-economy.

Our mission

Promote the growth of the biotechnology sector by supporting startups and MSMEs to scale, connecting stakeholders at large, and supporting technology transfer, deployment and stewardship.

Our origin

Started as an informal group and grew into a strong biotech ecosystem — every member helping each other with knowledge, resources and skilled services at negligible or no cost.
